Great cuisine, freshly prepared, friendly staff and the best vodka. Definitely a recommendation in the rather dreary restaurant routine.

Very nice ambience and super friendly service. The menu is small but nice. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious and freshly made. The Bortschtsch is simply wonderful!

The dishes are freshly prepared and reminded me of my last vacation in Russia! Even if we apparently had a shortened menu, which my companion and I didn't think was bad, there was enough choice. The service was warm, attentive and quick. The price-performance ratio is also right in my opinion. The ambience is also very inviting and is enhanced by a small terrace in the back yard. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Unique restaurant whose visit is an experience. The owner is a cultural educator and lived in Russia for many years and then returned with his Russian wife. Absolutely authentic, warm and recommendable. Great advice, delicious dishes and an atmospheric ambience. An idyllic green-covered outdoor area is also connected to the restaurant in the middle of Halle. Absolute insider tip!

For a long time I was convinced of the excellent taste of Russian cuisine and always enjoyed eating Russian. However, since I have now dined with Sven and Oxana in the samovar on Scharrenstrasse (by the way, the only Russian restaurant in Halle an der Saale), I have only really known how fantastic dishes based on Russian recipes really taste. When I was looking for a recommendation, I had got lost first and accidentally ended up in a German restaurant, the food of which made me feel sick. On the second try, I oriented myself to clues and I'm so glad I didn't give up too soon. If you don't visit this Russian dining room, you've really missed something. At some point I have to thank the cook personally. :-) :-) :-) :-)

A quaint, Russian restaurant with a super hospitable team. Food is freshly made when the order is placed, the beer tastes good and the prices are perfectly reasonable. It is important to order a table beforehand.

Very impressive, warm atmosphere. You immediately feel comfortable ... "like a dear grandma"! The dishes all tasted delicious. I don't want to emphasize anything special because it would do the injustice not mentioned ... The special drinks menu is also unusual and should include something for everyone. Conclusion: we will reserve again soon. Because you shouldn't miss that.

Had reserved a place and specifically said that it will be registered. When we were there everything was full and the owner was grumpy and said we should wait until what is free.
